Inspyr Solutions is dedicated to connecting YOU to highly sought-after opportunities. Our client is a well-known Fortune 500 company in the tech industry and is looking for a Senior Program Manager to join their Developer Programs team. This position will support the operation of programs for people and companies creating content. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Privacy, and Engineering.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

Partner with program managers, relationship managers, and developer support to design and execute program strategies.
Improve program infrastructure and operational efficiency by establishing clear systems and processes.
Facilitate integrated, cross-functional teamwork with key stakeholders.
Set, track, analyze, communicate, and execute against key program performance metrics.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

5 years of experience in program management supporting technical creator or developer audiences.
Familiarity with developer or creator communities and/or programs.
Proven communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
Experience translating insights and data into impactful projects or programs.
Ability to execute in a fast-paced and highly iterative environment.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of virtual reality business models and solutions.
Deep knowledge of creator communities.
Experience in developing developer or creator community programs.
Developer and/or creator event organizing experience.
Experience working with agencies, publishers, and vendors to deliver results.
Skilled writer of developer-oriented content.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
