    Technical Program Manager

    Company: Exciting Startup in the Automotive Industry

    Come aboard an innovative startup within the Automotive sector where you'll team up with diverse experts in AI, robotics, machine learning, controls, computer vision, simulation, design, and automated testing.

    As a **Technical Program Manager**, you'll take on **highly cross-functional programs**, guiding and ensuring the execution of various systems in the Electrical Distribution Systems team. Your role involves developing project schedules, supporting change management alignment, tracking deliverables, flagging risks, and maintaining transparent communication on progress.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with team leads to translate milestones into detailed timelines.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders for solutions and change management.
    • Enhance processes for better collaboration with teams and suppliers.
    • Establish standard reports for effective communication on program status.
    • Resolve issues and maintain the team's focus.

    Qualifications:

    • BS or MS degree in an engineering field, with a passion for electric, autonomous mobility.
    • 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams or managing programs.
    • Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Project, SmartSheet, JIRA, Confluence.
    • Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
    • Effective communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

    Bonus Qualifications:

    • Experience in regulated industries like automotive or aerospace.
    • Familiarity with Electronic Device Transmittals and LV wire harness development.
    • Experience in leading projects from concept to production.
