We are seeking a talented and driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for plaintiff-side representation and a proven track record of success in handling personal injury cases.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution.
    • Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of potential claims.
    • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
    • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Virginia Bar in good standing.
    • 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury law on the plaintiff side.
    • Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload with efficiency and attention to detail.
