    We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

    The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing, advertising and leasing strategies to enhance our brand presence, attract new residents, and engage with our communities.

    Detail orientation, graphic design knowledge and digital marketing experience required, multifamily experience a plus.

    What you will do:
    Support marketing and advertising activities as directed.
    Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing designs, campaigns, websites and videos.
    Support social media efforts including content creation, scheduling and community engagement. Suggest creative ways to encourage resident interaction.
    Review/audit online data for accuracy.
    Manage and fulfill marketing requests from communities. Coordinate inventory and production of materials.
    Assist with management/maintenance of websites and online platforms with emphasis on accuracy.
    Balance multiple projects with various deadlines.
    Assist with design and implementation of sign projects, work with vendors when necessary.
    Other duties, including special projects, as assigned.
    Requirements
    Education
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media & Design, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional qualification.
    Experience
    Proven experience in design and marketing. Multifamily experience a plus.
    Required Skills
    Intermediate or advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite products and Canva
    Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    Intermediate or advanced social media skills
    Familiarity with video editing
    Strong oral and written communication skills
    Proactive, self-motivated individual with problem-solving and analytical skills
    Organizing, planning and multitasking abilities
    Team player
    Exceptional detail orientation; strong grammatical skills
    Ability to manage own tasks on time with little direction
    Valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance required
