    Description
    Sales/Marketing Coordinator

    SUMMARY
    Entry level sales role that works closely with sales managers to manage and grow with our accounts.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Manage administrative work required to set up new items for customers either on-line or in their systems
    Work closely with sales managers to create offers and reports for key customers
    Create quotes for customers
    Assist Sales Managers on ad hoc projects
    Assist with planning and execution of sales meetings, board meetings, customer meetings and trade shows
    Must be able to navigate through our systems, input information, and create spreadsheets
    Support marketing projects including sharing information with sales reps, developing metrics and tracking success and other projects
    Develop PowerPoint presentations with text, charts, data, and graphical representations
    Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner
    Capacity to handle tight and last-minute changes, adapt quickly and problem-solve independently
    Develop and maintain working relationships with all levels of corporate personnel and sales reps by acting with tact and diplomacy
    Stay current on technology, tools, and skills; and identify and recommend ways to improve current processes
    Develop experience that supports advancement in sales or marketing management

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to multi-task
    Proven ability to maintain attention to detail in all facets of role
    Ability to multi-task in fast pace environment, and work with people of all levels
    Associates degree, bachelors degree or equivalent preferred but not required
    Must be a team player
