- Reviews operational procedures and makes recommendations for improvements to enhance operational efficiencies
- Ensures best practices including safety requirements are followed in the final project plans for all projects in assigned area or region

- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of project management principles

Summary
The Manager - Show Site Operations leads a team of national project managers. The Manager - Show Site Operations will be accountable for the optimal planning, resource allocation, and scheduling for all Freeman events and projects. The role will help develop and manage the project management team to maximize efficiency and ensure operational excellence.
This position will support our Audio Visual & Event Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
