Jacobs Technology provides overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing and launch operations at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

These tasks will support the International Space Station, Ground Systems Development and Operations, and the Space Launch System, Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle and Launch Services programs.

Windchill Administrator to support the COMET Contract at the Kennedy Space Center with the administration of the

Kennedy Design and Data Management System (KDDMS) system.

Participates in administration of PLM system and CAD (Creo) software and configuration.
Creates and maintains Windchill workflows, types and attributes, lifecycles, and OIRs.
Additional duties will include, but are not limited to:
Administration of users, groups, product folders, and product structures
System monitoring and maintenance, and CAD and PLM upgrades
Works with a team to develop solutions to meet customer requirements
Resolves system and user issues

Here's what you'll need:

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Engineering or technical equivalent from an accredited institution.
Only US Citizens are eligible due to facility security requirements.
Familiarity with Windchill version 11.1 or higher and Engineering Configuration Management Practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and customer interface skills required.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Computer experience with Microsoft Office products, Internet browsers, and outlook.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, if necessary.
Essential Functions

Physical Requirements

Position may involve extended periods of sitting or standing.
Physical requirements are: sitting, walking, standing, extensive use of stairs, and access to remote structures.
Position is located on a hazardous testing facility; must be able to quickly evacuate buildings in the event of an emergency.

Work Environment

Work will mainly be done inside, but fieldwork can be a combination of outside and inside depending on the project.
Walking on uneven terrain including paved areas, gravel/rocks, and dirt/sand is required to access various locations on the facility.
All work must be completed in a safe manner in accordance with NASA and Company safety standards.

Must be able to accurately communicate ideas in writing and verbal communication.
