- Education: RN required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years' progressive responsibility in Patient Safety & Risk; knowledge of current quality improvement concepts; experience leading interdisciplinary initiatives in process improvement or directly improving the reliability of healthcare delivery at the point of care; experience with occurrence reports, RCAs, chart reviews, and claims processing; knowledge of HRO processes.
- License: Current California RN license required
- Certification(s): CPHRM or CPPS preferred
- Computer Skills: System Specific EMR, Microsoft Office suite experience
