    Description:


    10+ years of progressive experience leading technical development teamsWork closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiativesIdentify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDevelop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectivesWork with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentAnalyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholdersExpertise with project planning, Budgeting, Resource Planning.

    Facilitating scrum ceremonies with teams located in different time zones(onshore/offshore)Experienced in various Agile Frameworks - SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, TDD and LeanProduct Management experience with system/application analysis to meet business needsBusiness/System Analysis - documenting requirements, user stories, use cases; solution planning, design
