    Finance Manager with Interest in Becoming a Certified Finance Analyst

    Company Overview:
    To Help Everyone Standard, LLC (T.H.E. Standard) is a grassroots corporation that houses two distinct entities – Gold Standard Urology, a medical practice, and Amalgamated Laboratory Services, a laboratory services provider.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to take on the role of Finance Manager and is interested in becoming a Certified Financial Analyst.

    This individual will play a critical role in providing strategic financial insight to help the company achieve its goal. The position will report directly to the CEO.

    Job Summary:

    As a Finance Manager at The Standard Corp, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our financial operations and their impact on existing processes and company growth.

    This position requires exceptional leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of finance principles, and a strong interest in pursuing a career as a Certified Finance Analyst (CFA).

    The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management:
    Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Collaborate with CEO to develop and maintain comprehensive budgets for Gold Standard Urology and Amalgamated Laboratory services. Monitor budgetary performances and provide regular variance analysis to identify areas of concern and potential cost savings opportunity.

    Financial Analysis and Decision Support:
    Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business expansion plans. Provide insights to keep financial metrics and performance indicators to enable data-driven decisions. Develop financial models to assess the impact of various business scenarios and potential risk.

    Financial Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to finance principles, standards, and relevant laws. Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate ongoing training to enhance the teams' capabilities. Work with leadership staff to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.

    Client Relationships:

    Monitor, maintain strong relationships and have a working knowledge of best practices with medical insurance companies, healthcare providers, and general facility partners.


    Healthcare Regulations:
    having a basic understanding of healthcare regulations-HIPPA, insurance billing, and medical terminology a plus.

    CFA Pursuit:
    Demonstrate a strong interest in becoming a Certified Finance Analyst (CFA).


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or CFA candidacy will be considered a plus.


    Three (3) to five (5) years of proven experience in finance and financial management, preferably in the health care industry.

    Strong knowledge of finance principles, financial analysis, techniques, and reporting standards.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with key partners and consultants.

    High level of proficiency and financial software and MS Excel.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

    Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

    Important level of integrity and ethical conduct.

    Occasional weekend or evening work.
