Responsibilities & Requirements:

Job Summary

The Supply Chain Support Services Manager will be responsible for operational management of the system-wide courier, mailroom, fleet and print shop functions as well as the Service Center inventory location. This position is responsible for programmatic support/strategic direction for equipment and linen services ensuring consistent system-wide policies and procedures. Consistent use of data should be used to drive a streamlined, efficient support services process. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain

Job Duties

Responsible for operational management of Service Center
Responsible for operational management of Courier, Fleet and Print Shop including assessment of lab courier process and external print opportunities
Responsible for programmatic support/strategic direction for Equipment and Linen Services (no operational support) ensuring consistent policies and procedures system-wide
Develop and utilize data to drive streamlined, efficient support services processes

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Knowledge of: Health care materials management/supply chain

Skilled in: Financial management, Microsoft Office suite, interpersonal communication across all levels of the organization

Ability to: Multitask, lead complex projects
