Your tasks and responsibilities

You receive notifications and applications in cases of unemployment, as well as for training and job search. If necessary, you provide relevant documents (e.g. application forms). You answer general questions from our clients (e.g. regarding placement and benefit-related issues).

You support clients with self-entry of data.


As a prerequisite, you have completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial field) or alternatively have a secondary school leaving certificate and at least two years of professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the advertised position.

Technical competence is important, but just as important for a career at the BA is your personality.
