We are currently seeking a Receptionist (m/f/d) with Object Security Activities to join our team at our Wembach location.
What to expect:
- Greeting and registering visitors, customers, and business partners
- Responsibility for the telephone switchboard
- Access and exit controls
- Processing and distribution of mail
- Organizational and administrative tasks
- Conducting locking and control rounds
- Operating alarm systems (BMA)
What you should bring:
- Solid knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good knowledge of German
- Friendly and wellgroomed appearance
- Certification according to §34a GewO desirable
