- Lead applied research scoping and product definition
- Working backwards from customer problems to own and drive the customer strategy, long-term goals and writing documents including business strategy, FAQs, and competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction.
- Define product vision including all aspects of product and feature roadmaps, key investment areas, innovation, and experimentation.
- Execute product planning and development including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product vision.
- Lead technology transition to Keystone's clients ensuring customer and business goals are met.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or highly related technical field.
- 5+ years' experience in building and shipping technical products.
- Experience in AI/ML platform product management with focus on scaling.
- Master's degree or PhD in Technology or related technical field.
- An understanding of cloud services: compute, storage, accelerated computing.
- Experience with AI platforms, Large Language Models, Generative AI, Cloud AI.

This role is inherently cross-functional, and you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels across various Keystone clients playing a central role in shaping the outcome for scientific acceleration and development of new applied research products. You will work together with our technical teams to build and deploy new AI-related products into production, using your industry knowledge in generative AI to introduce new ideas and approaches to our customers' problems. You should be technical in nature, with a high understanding of what it takes to work with science and engineering teams to develop scalable, extensible products and services.
