    Description

    **DESCRIPTION**

    The HR Advisor will help design and lead the Companys implementation of a new employee engagement and dispute resolution program and processes. This will include benchmarking, program design, process and policy design and improvement, investigation and utilization of best practices, implementation and oversight. Also provides oversight for local site/business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management and execution of HR core processes (where appropriate).

    **RESPONSIBILITIES**

    + Provides oversight and support for local site / business unit needs in the areas of employee engagement, employee relations, change management, local training delivery, data gathering and documentation and community relations.

    + May provide core process consultation or execution supportin complex work environments or to multiple geographies or business units.

    + Manages complex employee relations matters including investigations, escalations, remediation, and process management.

    + Partners with CoE leaders to develop or refresh company policies to ensure compliance.

    + Conduct internal analysis to simply, harmonize and centralize company practices to alignto policies and ensure consistent and equitable treatment.

    + Develop roadmap and implementation plan to transform existing employee relations communication, reporting and compliance vehicles to a more leverage enterprise insource or outsource model.

    + Support CHRO or VP Legal to develop and deliver internal presentations or stakeholder interviews to support transformation of employee relations solution.

    + Supports the planning, sequencing, and execution of local change initiatives.

    + Ensures the ongoing sustainment of the HR Service Delivery model.

    + Coaches and supports line managers in driving the business and creating greater organizational health.

    + Other miscellaneous duties assigned.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    + Bachelor of Arts Degree

    + Minimum of 5 years HR generalist experience with specific competence in effectively managing complex labor or employee relations environments and demonstrated experience effectively leading teams and/or successfully implementing change management.

    + Knowledge of different employee advocacy approaches, programs, tools, etc. that ensure complianceand develop organization employee relations capability.

    + Led complex employee investigations, supported external arbitration hearings as HR company rep or labor relations experience.

    + Change management approaches, methodologies, and tools.

    + Data Analysis and process management skills.

    + Conducted employee relations, investigation, or policy awareness training.

    + Able to conduct training must be proficient in Excel, Word, and presentation software.

    + Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication, presentation skills.

    + Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and effective daily application.

    + Must be able to facilitate in meetings where emotions may be high.

    + Must possess sound judgment and ability to listen, assess problems and arrive at good logical conclusions that achieve an appropriate balance between sound HR practices and business needs.

    + Must be credible, professional, and high executive maturity.

    + Must be able to work effectively and efficiently in a matrix management environment.
