    Description and RequirementsJob Responsibilities:
    Planning / executing event details to ensure cohesive results for Motorolas image and brand identity at events.

    Negotiate with venues, event organizers, contractors, and hotels on agenda and cost proposals until contract completionAssist with sleeping room management, event registration, ordering food/beverage, AV, transportation logistics, special evening event planning for internal eventsHelp manage outside creative agencies to execute launch eventsDirect the planning/execution of timelines and logistics for each eventCreate, maintain and execute event budget within the pre-approved expenditure allotmentsManage multiple events at one timeAssist with onsite activation for large corporate eventsDevelop and maintain relationships with vendors including restaurants, conference venues, caterers, florists, etc.

    Assess an events overall success and share findings with managerPartner with Motorola Global events team on to align on regional event planningManage the hospitality inventory for recognition with employees and customers from the different partnerships.


    Basic Qualifications:
