We are a small team working on innovative solutions to make the mobility of tomorrow a reality today in Cave Spring, VA.

Our clients - from ministries and metropolitan regions to counties, municipalities, and companies - all have one thing in common: they want to make a difference and are looking for new solutions.

Responsibilities:

To support them, we are currently looking for team members (full-time employees, student workers, freelancers, interns) who are interested in developing innovative and implementation-oriented projects in the areas of local and regional mobility concepts, cycling infrastructure, digitalization, master planning, smart cities, and urban development.

You will plan and design traffic facilities.
You will have an overview of the projects.
You will lead and be responsible for your projects.
You will work closely with our clients.

Qualifications:
In addition to a passion for designing urban and traffic spaces, we expect experience in some of the following areas:

A successfully completed university degree (diploma, bachelor's, master's), preferably in urban and regional planning, traffic planning, or comparable disciplines.
Creativity in the areas of design, presentation, and graphics.
Experience in using GIS and traffic modeling.
Proficiency in Office and CAD programs, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and provisions.
Willingness to learn and work in a team; goaloriented and organized.
