We are looking for a part-time Personal Consultant (m/f/d) in Miltonvale, KS.

The VersOffice GmbH, located in Bingen am Rhein, is a service provider with a focus on finance and insurance. We offer our business partners a wide range of services.

With our new building overlooking the Middle Rhine Valley, we are creating new jobs that we want to fill with creative and responsible individuals.

Your tasks

  • Advising employees and superiors on personnel matters and labor law issues
  • Recording and checking wage and salaryrelated data such as working hours and absences
  • Preparation of payroll data for our tax consultants and checking of payrolls
  • Applicant management from job posting to contract conclusion
  • Preparation of employment contracts, references and all other personnelrelated documents
  • Administration of the time recording system
Your ideal qualifications

  • Completed commercial training with professional experience in human resources or a completed vocational training or degree in human resources
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Discretion in handling entrusted information and data
  • Enjoyment and pleasure in interacting with people
