Responsibilities:

  • Execution and detailed planning for new construction and renovation projects (phase 5 of the HOAI)
  • Independent implementation of the design for execution planning until realization
  • Instruction and coordination of planning partners, as well as plan review and optimization
  • Development of standards and detailed solutions in coordination with our specialist planning teams
  • Participation in negotiations with clients, partners, and construction companies

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in architecture or comparable education (building submission authorization is not a requirement)
  • Minimum of 58 years of practical work experience in a planning/construction management office, ideally with project management experience
  • Good CAD skills (ArchiCAD)
  • Extensive knowledge of building construction and detailed development
  • Strong communication skills, as well as independent and structured work style
  • Serviceoriented behavior, friendliness, assertiveness, and commitment
