WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT? Working hours are Monday to Friday, from (shift system starting at 7:00 am, 8:00 am, and 9:00 am - flexible coordination within the team is possible).

* You will be the contact person for all shipping customer inquiries via phone and email regarding package shipping and our services.

* You will provide initial information about package shipments, answer inquiries about express packages, and handle complaints. * You will also be well connected internally, forwarding inquiries accordingly and keeping customers updated.
