For our client, we are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the position of Billing & Finance Employee (m/f/d).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating invoices for service orders and maintenance contracts in the merchandise management system
Requesting and creating cancellation and correction invoices
Purchasing external services
Creating and managing maintenance contracts
Creating intercompany service offers and orders
Checking incoming invoices and approving them for invoicing
Tracking service orders
Communicating and coordinating open tasks and inquiries with end customers and internal departments
Creating monthly financial statements

REQUIREMENTS

Completed commercial training (IT system salesman, office clerk, etc.) or comparable professional experience
Good knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP S/4 is desirable
Experience in dealing with customers and excellent communication skills
Experience in invoicing
Experience in creating monthly financial statements
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
