Your tasks

  • As an IT Service Management Consultant (m/w/d), you will advise the customer on the implementation of KIX on a technical level and configure any necessary adjustments according to the customer's wishes.
  • You ensure the best possible support for your customer by being available as a contact person, answering questions, administering the system, or initiating updates.
  • In order for your customer to fully utilize the potential of our product, you will conduct workshops and training sessions on-site with the customer.
  • Internally, you will work closely with the departments of software development, support, sales, and the project manager.
  • You will document the technical implementation during the project.

What you bring

  • You have a degree in computer science or a comparable field of study; alternatively, as a career changer (m/w/d), you have a high IT affinity and first experiences.
  • You have basic knowledge of Linux, SQL, and web technologies, as well as process design and modeling (UML, BPMN).
  • You enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner, are communicative, and enjoy working with people.
