**Job Requirements
**Join us as a Retail Merchandising Specialist and be the driving force behind transforming store aisles into captivating showcases that boost sales and brand visibility.

This requires travel (driving/flying) to multiple store locations. On day 1, company-supplied credit cards and cell phones will be given for all travel needs.

Safely move, build, tear down, and reposition beams and shelving units.
Relocate or adjust the stock position on the displays.
Relabel shelves with new pricing labels.
Build displays, and other required materials in accordance with planograms, or other written or verbal instructions.
Ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines for product placement, signage, and displays following provided planograms.

Work Experience

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience merchandising, reading planograms/schematics with the assembly and movement of steel racking, fixtures, and beams.
Must have basic tools knowledge.
Must be proficient in using uptodate phones and modern technology.
Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
Reliable, report to shifts on time, follows strict safety guidelines and adhere to rules and policies.
Have a demonstrated ability to interact with clients and team members efficiently and professionally.

Training and Growth Opportunities
Pay starts at $18.00 to $19.00 and increases with experience.
