Job Requirements

Retail Maintenance Specialist team members are responsible for the evaluation, preparation, and maintenance of jobs and job sites.

This position includes performing repairs, renovations, and carpentry projects such as constructing store fixtures and display items and assisting other trades.

Perform commercial maintenance jobs including replacing floors, painting, installing drywall, and concrete work.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repairs of building systems.
Read and execute construction plans.
Build and construct frameworks and remove/replace fixtures as necessary.

Work Experience

Must be willing to travel 75-100% , days and 4 overnights are common and expected.
Must be at least 21 years or older.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
High School Diploma or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities required.
1+ years in construction or similar experience preferred.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Supervisory Construction Permit is a plus.
Aptitude in using various hand tools.
Ability to stand and walk in a store consistently for up to 8 hours or more at a time.
Self starter with strong analytical problem solving and organizational.
