- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring team, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involve including arranging candidate travel, reserving conference rooms and confirming video conference details for virtual interviews.
- Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on company website and external job boards.
- Manage ATS candidate pool to reflect candidates' current interview status throughout the recruiting lifecycle as well as close out and disposition candidates.
- Support the preparation of offer letter extending and conduct pre-onboarding/background check for selected candidates.
- Champion relationships with internal clients to support timely candidate selection processes.
- Create and maintain process documentation to include: process flows, training materials, correspondence, templates and other documents used in recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Maintain reports and metrics to track recruitment activity and identify areas for improvement.
- Use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and metrics reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Able to effectively handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required or Equivalent Talent Acquisition experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required and experience with HR ATS tool, SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR administration preferred
- Experience working in a dynamic, high volume, customer-focused environment supporting multiple locations and disciplines.
