Fast-growing, Austin based real estate company is looking to add an Analyst to the Asset Management and Acquisitions team. Our firm creates value through strategic real estate investments, using technology to improve analysis and operations each step of the way. We are looking for someone who wants to join a team where they can make a difference and help drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities:


  • Leverage market expertise and conduct asset, development, and portfolio reviews to recommend initiatives to meet individual project goals and objectives.
  • Assist in preparing models, investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management to relay project status and financial conditions of projects.
  • Assist in due diligence efforts, including property inspections, and coordination with internal and external partners involved in development, asset management, and acquisitions.
  • Monitor and track the performance of existing real estate investments, identifying areas for cost savings, optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including acquisitions, property management, development, and finance to support strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor property manager, developer and contractors work, schedules, and contract obligations.
  • Review and analyze quantitative data, legal documents and other materials as part of an opportunity assessment or due diligence process
  • Ability to communicate real estate strategies to stakeholders through written and verbal presentations
  • Address repair/maintenance issues as needed and support the facilities team with landlord repair/maintenance items as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in real estate analysis, investment banking, financial analysis, or a Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software/tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry dynamics, market fundamentals, and investment strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
