Responsibilities

  • This position is responsible for managing and leading the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of results; area sales volume, customer growth, and profitability goals.
  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives and Area Sales Representatives to identify and acquire high quality, longterm, "preferred" customers.
  • Collaborates and negotiates with vendors, event operators, agencies to ensure coordination of resources required to support customer acquisition activities.
  • Directs and motivates the efforts of the Sales Team to provide customer growth.
  • Sets and monitors customer acquisition goals, customer satisfaction, asset management and safety objectives through coaching and mentoring.
  • Monitor and report results in support of area and company objectives as required.

Qualifications

  • BA/ BS Degree or relevant experience, sales management experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to hire, select and lead a team of sales professionals.
  • Able to communicate with and influence customer acquisition representatives, customers and local management to achieve customer satisfaction and growth.
  • Able to effectively implement customer acquisition strategies.
