We are currently seeking an
IT Systems Integration Specialist with Team Leader function (m/f/d) or
IT Service Technician with Team Leader function (m/f/d) in
Hamburg on a
full-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Coordinating the daily tasks of the technicians
  • Identifying and communicating potential weaknesses and sources of errors
  • Providing thorough training for new colleagues (m/f/d)
  • Ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues within the agreed response and solution times
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of completed work steps
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and internal regulations and guidelines of the client
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

Your qualifications:


  • Completed IT education or degree, alternatively at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory
  • Detailed knowledge of current Windows operating systems and iOS, as well as standard applications (Office products, Adobe, etc.)
  • Detailed knowledge of hardware (PCs, laptops, printers
