About the Employer:

Our client is a professional in the production and trade of technical components for uninterrupted power supply.

Due to the current international development, the order volume is increasing and they are urgently in need of an all-rounder in administrative and manufacturing tasks.

The small team is organized in a way that both administrative and technical tasks are handled, to keep things interesting.

Therefore, experience in administrative work or warehouse logistics and a hands-on mentality are essential for this role, as it involves tasks such as assembling circuit boards, quality assurance, and packaging.


Responsibilities:


  • Administrative tasks in order processing
  • Creating order confirmations
  • Document preparation for national and international shipping
  • Recording and storing incoming goods
  • Adding a small technical component to circuit boards
  • Quality assurance
  • Packaging and shipping

Requirements:


  • Education as a warehouse logistics specialist, trade packer, freight forwarder, office management clerk, or a similar professional background
  • Team and customer service orientation
  • Willingness to learn and take on a diverse range of tasks
