    **Join the Snowflake Team to Shape the Future of Data**



    Snowflake seeks a skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join the HR Tech team in Dublin, CA. This hybrid role involves working three days a week at our office and focuses on enhancing business processes, user experience, and scalability across HR platforms like Workday.



    IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:



    • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understand key business needs, suggest process improvements, and handle projects of varying complexity
    • Translate business requirements into scalable and innovative solutions
    • Lead projects from start to finish, including showcasing system functionality, providing design recommendations, and managing deployment
    • Offer production support, troubleshoot system issues, and implement small enhancement requests
    • Configure business processes, reports, security features, and complete EIBs across Workday modules
    • Stay updated on new Workday features and perform regression testing during release cycles
    • Maintain data integrity and adhere to data governance and security policies
    • Document processes, provide end-user training, and promote best practices


    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • 8+ years of experience in HRIS or related roles
    • 5+ years of hands-on Workday development and support experience globally
    • Expertise in Workday concepts, security, reporting, and modules like HCM Core and Compensation
    • Knowledge of Workday integrations and other HR platforms like Qualtrics and CultureAmp
    • Understanding of HR processes, data governance, and compliance
    • Strong project management and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to new technologies, and find creative solutions
    • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
