- Ability to edit programs at the machine
- Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
- Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.

With an emphasis on innovation, this is a truly unique role to work on an elite team of highly innovative individuals. The ideal candidate will be eager to be hands on machining in addition to learning programing and will bring their knowledge of lathes to immediately contribute to their operation.
This is a 1st shift position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal is to maintain a strong work-life balance.
