We are currently seeking a full-time
Sales Clerk (m/f/d) for our well-known client in Hamburg for a permanent position.

Your tasks:

  • Processing incoming customer orders and preparing them technically and commercially using an ERP system
  • Order tracking
  • Customer support and acquisition of new customers
  • Calculation of sales offers
  • Obtaining and checking delivery offers

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training in wholesale and foreign trade, ideally with relevant professional experience in the procurement of ship technical spare parts (e.g. 2 and 4stroke ship diesel engines, separators, pumps and other ship technical equipment). Alternatively, training in a technical field (m/f/d) is also welcome.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics NAV) and MS Office
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Independent, structured and solutionoriented way of working
  • Quick comprehension, creativity, empathy and service orientation
  • Team player
