Your responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing sales strategies, particularly for the MICE segment
- Close collaboration with the regional group sales teams from Leipzig, Dresden, Berlin, Hamburg, and Prague
- Training, guidance, and coordination of team members
- Participation in weekly business reviews
- Responsibility for achieving sales goals within budget guidelines
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing ones
- Planning and executing campaigns to attract and retain customers
- Presenting at trade fairs and conferences, in the hotel, and with clients
- Conducting price negotiations and creating contracts
- Scheduling and conducting sales meetings
- Market analysis
- Maintaining and updating all customerrelated data
- Assisting in the creation of the budget and sales action plan
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed training in upscale hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism
