    Description

    Senior Structural Engineer

    Greenville, SC

    We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join a respected leader in design, construction, & delivery of complex industrial manufacturing & distribution facilities. This role will provide leadership, design, and analysis for chemical, industrial, and advanced manufacturing facilities for Fortune 500 manufacturing & industrial client projects throughout the U.S.

    Responsibilities:

    · Provide leadership, design, and analysis for chemical, industrial, and advanced manufacturing facilities involving knowledge of: steel structures, building foundations, equipment foundations, pipe racks, and in-plant engineering.

    · Lead structural project design teams including project manhour estimates, resource management, and schedule & budget management.

    · Work closely with clients, other engineering disciplines, and designers.

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's Degree or better in Civil Engineering or related field.

    · Active PE Registration is required. May consider applicants within a few months of taking PE exam.

    · 10+ years of experience in structural engineering & design, with exposure to project engineering leadership.

    · Prior design experience with steel structures, building foundations, equipment foundations, pipe racks, and in-plant engineering is required.

    · Experience with STAAD or RISA, Navisworks, and working knowledge of REVIT is desired.

    · Experience with project manhour estimates, resource management, and schedule & budget management is essential.
