Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an elite Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Greenville.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership, design, and analysis for a variety of projects, ranging from steel structures to equipment foundations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering and design, with a proven track record of project engineering leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Structural project design teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate closely with clients, other engineering disciplines, and designers to develop innovative solutions that meet project requirements.
Develop project manhour estimates, mentor junior team members, and manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
Utilize your expertise in structural engineering to design steel structures, building foundations, equipment foundations, pipe racks, and other in-plant engineering components.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering and design.
Active PE registration is required.
Prior experience with project engineering leadership is essential.
Proficiency in STAAD or RISA, Navisworks, and working knowledge of REVIT is desired.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
