    Description


    Are you a skilled Structural Engineer seeking a new opportunity? Look no further than this exciting position with a growing engineering firm in Greenville As a key member of my client's team, you will have the chance to work on a variety of water and wastewater treatment projects and lead a team of junior engineers, designers, and technicians.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET accredited program
    • Registered Structural Engineer (SE)
    • Strong understanding of general structural engineering design in concrete, masonry, aluminum, and structural steel
    • Proven experience overseeing structural designs for major projects
    • Excellent communication and teaching skills
    • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Revit CAD programs preferred
    • Experience working with a multidisciplinary team preferred
    • Active participation in local professional organizations a plus

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead a project team in producing structural designs with a high level of autonomy
    • Ensure delivery of quality work products that adhere to company standards
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop various Water Business Line projects
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
    • Mentor and develop junior team members to become effective design professionals
    • Assist the Structural Group Leader in managing and coordinating team activities
