- Supervise and assist with the set up and tear down of event spaces, for example:
- Meetings
- Banquets
- Cookouts
- Receptions
- Weddings
- Ensuring the event space, hallways, kitchen, and storage rooms are clean and organized.
- Helping to set up sound and lighting equipment.
- Set up and maintain smaller events. For example: coffee breaks, bag lunches, and meeting refreshments.
- Assist Banquet staff with Serving and set up of food and beverage when needed.
- Work with Executive Banquet Manager to direct staff when needed.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Organized, great communication, decisive & flexible.
- Excellent listening, speaking, and writing
- Great decision making skills.
- Must be able to work alongside other people and independently.
- The ability to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and markets is essential.

Madden's is currently seeking a Full-Time seasonal Assistant Event Services Manager who will be responsible for leading the setup of events throughout Madden's on Gull Lake.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required and must have general knowledge of audio and AV systems.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in multiple outlets and facilities.
Physical Demands:
Primarily walking and standing for prolonged periods of time. Must have the ability to stand, walk, talk/hear, both in person and by telephone, occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Expected Hours of Work:
Variable hours based on event schedule including nights and weekends.
