As a
Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) in our
Real Estate Development team at our Berlin location, you play a crucial role in achieving this goal


Your responsibilities:


  • You independently manage and oversee exciting commercial project developments at our Berlin location
  • You handle all commercial aspects of the project companies, such as budget planning and control, review and processing of payments, timely project reporting and controlling, in collaboration with internal departments
  • You plan new projects and monitor their progress, identifying any deviations from the plan
  • You participate in contract and procurement processes and assist with legal proceedings
  • You manage ongoing project financing and guarantees
  • You support the Corporate Finance and Controlling departments with monthly and annual financial statements, for example in terms of accruals and provisions
  • You actively contribute to acquisition calculations and the design of commercial processes for new fund structures
  • You jointly manage income, expenses, and budgets with the Regional Manager

Your qualifications:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or real estate management
  • You have several years of professional experience in construction or real estate, ideally with project development companies
  • You have a good technical understanding of the processes involved in large construction projects
