Hennepin Counties Office of Multi-Cultural Services is looking for four Case Management Assistants (CMA) proficient in both Spanish and English to join the team. Since November 2022, Hennepin County has experienced a consistent influx of New Arrival Families (NAFs) into the family shelter system. The majority of these families are unable to work legally, leading to prolonged shelter stays and challenges in finding stability.
As a Spanish-speaking CMA, you will assist families in navigating legal resources, providing language interpretation, and connecting them with support services. This includes collaborating with Housing Stability social workers, Faith Hospitality Resource Center, and other organizations serving NAF families in the shelter system. You will also help with accessing resources like food, shelter, healthcare, and more.

Location and Hours:
These positions are based at the Hennepin County Office of Multi-Cultural Services in Minneapolis, MN, with potential remote work. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
