    Holden, MA


    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
    • Assist with diagnostic evaluations and procedures
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
    • Perform triage assessments and prioritize patient needs
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Assist with the coordination of patient care, including referrals to specialists

    Skills:

    • Proficient in ophthalmology procedures and treatments
    • Experience in LTC/SNF
    • Knowledge of dementia care best practices
    • Ability to perform triage assessments and make appropriate decisions
    • Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation techniques
    • Competent in neonatal ventilator management
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
