    El papel

    Buscamos técnicos de servicio de campo experimentados que tengan experiencia trabajando con dispensadores de combustible y/o equipos de punto de venta. No tienes la experiencia pero estás interesado en trabajar con nosotros, no te preocupes, capacitaremos

    El técnico ideal debe poder completar tareas que incluyen colgar hardware (reparación y/o reemplazo) y problemas mecánicos/eléctricos tanto con los dispensadores de combustible como con el equipo del punto de venta. Debe estar dispuesto a aprender sobre otros sistemas dentro de las propiedades para ayudar en las necesidades generales de mantenimiento.

    Realizar llamadas de instalación y servicio de equipos petroleros de manera profesional, oportuna y de calidad.

    Complete la documentación laboral para cada llamada de servicio, en el momento del servicio.

    Complete los cursos de capacitación de manera oportuna para mantener las certificaciones y el conocimiento del equipo actualizados.

    Actuar como recurso para los clientes; Ayuda y soporte de productos para mantener relaciones a largo plazo.

    Haga malabarismos con múltiples tareas en un entorno de trabajo en constante cambio y ritmo rápido.

    Comunicarse hábil y efectivamente en persona o por teléfono.

    Sea un jugador de equipo.

    Calificaciones

    Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED

    Actitud positiva

    Atención a los detalles

    Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia o educación en oficios mecánicos, eléctricos o informáticos.

    Competente en la suite Microsoft Office

    Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.

    Experiencia en instalación y reparación de puntos de venta es una ventaja.

    Historial de conducción limpio y capacidad para trabajar de forma segura.

    Capaz de levantar y cuidar equipos que pesen hasta 75 libras.
