    As a Cook at Hat Creek, you'll be part of the Back-of-House team, crucial for delivering exceptional food promptly to dine-in and to-go customers.     Responsibilities
    • Follow prep/par sheets to prepare products for your shift
    • Cook, assemble, and package orders accurately following standard procedures
    • Adhere to portion control guidelines, record food waste, maintain proper food storage and holding procedures, ensure food reaches and stays at the correct temperature
    • Work safely and hygienically, complying with local and state regulations
    • Receive and store inventory, keep your work area clean, ensure all kitchen equipment operates safely, and report any malfunctioning equipment

    • Cooks work in a kitchen setting, handling various equipment like ovens, stoves, coolers, milkshake machines, and knives
    • You'll deal with heat, steam, fire, noise, and potentially slippery surfaces
    • Expect to be on your feet for extended periods, able to lift up to 50 pounds

    Work Hours

    • Full-time or part-time options available
    • Workweek spans Monday to Sunday

    Work Authorization
