- Support caregivers and patients with questions and concerns regarding complex diseases supported by Tris products
- Work with specialty pharmacy to ensure patients receive prescriptions in a timely manner
- Help patients and caregivers navigate prescription insurance
- Work with patients to determine eligibility for financial assistance
- Work with charitable patient foundations and patient advocacy groups to highlight our products and gain support and additional resources for our patients RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelors degree (Advanced degree preferred) and minimum 4 years case management, medical insurance, patient advocacy/assistance or related experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or related industry
- Experience navigating treatment for rare and/or complex diseases
- Excellent phone demeanor and client service focus
- Working knowledge of the US prescription benefits industry
- Knowledge of Financial assistance programs in the US pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working with specialty pharmacies
- Excellent ability to maintain compliance and confidentiality and to adhere to all legal, ethical and accreditation/regulatory standards
- Experience working in a start-up environment PLUS
