Our client is a medium-sized company with several hundred employees at two locations, headquartered in Middle Franconia and part of an internationally active corporate group. As a developer and manufacturer of high-quality FMCG products in large-scale production, they are successfully on a growth trajectory. Thanks to their high-quality products, they enjoy an excellent reputation among consumers.

We are looking for a Head of Finance and Controlling (m/f/d) to lead and further develop the finance department at the central location.

Key tasks and objectives

  • Expansion, further development and management of the core commercial functions of finance and accounting, cash management and controlling for all companies
  • Ensuring proper bookkeeping as the commercial basis, taking into account commercial and tax regulations
  • Preparation and assurance of annual and monthly reports for the companies, as well as the consolidated financial statements according to HGB principles
  • Development of planning, budgets and forecasts
  • Preparation of internal reporting and productivity indicators
  • Standardization and further development of reports and processes within the company for the commercial department
  • Cash flow management, liquidity planning and control
  • Management of tax matters for the company and its subsidiaries
  • Commercial advice to management on financial and investment decisions
