We are currently seeking a full-time Module Construction Calculator (m/f/d) to join our motivated team of industry specialists at our Sisco Heights location.

Your Responsibilities

Evaluation and analysis of tender documents
Responsible for calculating offers for turnkey buildings according to product portfolio
Cost comparisons, identification and evaluation of opportunities, risks and cost increases
Support subcontractor procurement in finding capable partner companies
Creation of functional descriptions or tender documents
Support in negotiations with clients and subcontractors
Quantity determination including determination of services and qualities
Analysis of current market and competition situation
Preparation of contract, work, additional and post-calculation, support of the operational project team during the entire project phase

Your Profile

Degree in engineering, architecture or technical training, or business administration with a high level of technical understanding
Professional experience in handling and calculating turnkey properties, building systems or building components
Comprehensive market and price knowledge
