    Position Overview:

    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead our operations and spearhead our growth strategy. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's management team and daily operations. If you are a proactive leader with a strong business acumen, then this role is perfect for you!



    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direction to the management team and hourly staff.
    • Manage day-to-day operations and drive growth initiatives.
    • Oversee purchasing and inventory control.
    • Lead recruitment, training, and development of management staff.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and legal standards.


    Qualifications:

    • Proficient in Cost Accounting and Financial Planning.
    • Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.
    • Excellent verbal communication and customer focus.
    • Demonstrated management proficiency and focus on profitability.
    • Ability to drive process improvement and quality focus.

    Required Skills:

    • Expertise in Accounting, Business Management, and Financial Management.
    • Knowledge of Food Safety, Menu Development, and Inventory Management.
    • Proficiency in Staff Training, Events Management, and Vendor Relations.
    • TIPS Certification and High-Volume Service Experience.
    • Hands-on experience with POS Systems and Office Suite Software.
