    Description

    The E-Commerce Administrator will be primarily responsible for streamlining all e-commerce information while ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and expansion of our online presence. The ideal candidate would be skilled in information technology, inventory management and product information management to support and grow the E-Commerce Website. This role will support the E-Commerce Team to continue building an online presence on

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities to improve the online portal's presentation and performance
    • Implement website updates & general maintenance to support the overall user experience
    • Manage customer profiles for online sales programs
    • Maintain customer custom catalogs, web roles, and permissions
    • Update product listings and content to ensure relevant information
    • Maintain accurate documentation related to E-commerce platform
    • Work cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Supply Chain etc. to support the e-commerce strategy
    • Drive operational improvements and objectives across e-commerce platform
    • Diagnose and correct problems related to the E-Commerce platform
    • Assist with implementing website projects and ensure active projects are rolled out on time
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience in a relevant field
    • An understanding of ecommerce product management
    • Impeccable attention to detail, strong collaborative, and organization skills
    • Strong written and oral communications skills; interpersonal skills
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Office and email at a highly proficient level
    • Proven ability to accurately and quickly develop creative solutions to problems
    • Self-starter with multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Business Central preferred
    • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
