Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe E-Commerce Account Specialist will be primarily responsible for order management, account management, and lead management to support the E-Commerce Website.

They will process & review incoming web orders, add items to the website and communicate with appropriate team members to ensure on-time delivery and prompt invoicing.

This role will support the E-Commerce Team to continue building an online presence on Duties:

Process incoming web orders promptly and review for data accuracyReview inventory availability & coordinate prompt shipment through collaboration with Technical Support and Distribution Center Management teamsFacilitate adding products to online platform to be available for purchase from customer requirements and requestsEnsure web pages are populated with correct product information and relevant contentVerify account information and set up users with log-in and passwords to online portalWork cross-functionally to transition new and existing customer accounts to e-commerce platformOversee web return processing for general returns, cores/ warranty and coordinate credits with Accounts Receivable TeamStrategize with the E-Commerce Team to follow customer category trends & regularly share insights, thoughts, and key findingsProvide exceptional customer service to address customer concerns professionally and efficientlyAssist with website special projects and other duties as assigned as needed Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business or related Supply Chain/Customer Service experienceImpeccable attention to detail & strong collaborative skillsExemplary organizational and tracking skillsThe ability to execute multiple tasks, providing high quality deliverables on, or prior to deadlinesStrong written and oral communications skills; interpersonal skillsMicrosoft Business Central experience preferredMust be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the companyJF Petroleum offers:Competitive pay401(k) with company match (now 100% match up to 4%)Paid time offPaid holidaysHealth benefits (eligible 1st of the month following 30 days) including Medical, Vision, Dental, DisabilityLife insurance-company providedBonus program eligibilityPaid training for field personnelUniforms provided for field personnel.
