Attached are a residential complex for disabled people, a nursing center with a total of 325 places and the LWL Rehabilitation Center Ruhrgebiet.

With the LWL Clinic Hemer, there is a regional network with an economic and administrative service also for the LWL Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry Dortmund.
