    Join us as our Sales and Marketing Manager, where you'll spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to promote and sell our suite of life insurance products


    Your mission is clear:
    drive revenue growth, bolster market share, and elevate our brand presence within the life insurance domain. This pivotal role demands a blend of visionary leadership, sales acumen, and marketing prowess.


    Responsibilities:

    • Leverage your marketing expertise to drive client acquisition and cultivate enduring relationships in the insurance and financial services arena.
    • Implement marketing strategies that embody our client-centric ethos, prioritizing transparency, integrity, and inclusivity.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding clients through their insurance journey with unwavering dedication to their satisfaction.
    • Identify and pursue new business prospects, nurturing leads and expanding our customer base

    Qualifications:

    • Must acquire the requisite insurance license for this role (training provided).
    • Demonstrate self-motivation, autonomy, and a track record of meeting targets in an independent work environment.
    • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
    • Proficient in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms to amplify marketing endeavors.
    • This position operates on a commission-only basis

    Compensation:
    $110,000+
